●Only the credit cards listed above can be used.
●The total bill amount is calculated as follows:
Total price of items (tax included) + Shipping fee (tax included). No commission charges are added.
※The tax is rounded off to the closest whole number.
●Order confirmation and total bill notification will sent by e-mail.
●If any errors in credit card authorization occur after the order has been placed, shipment of the products will be tentatively stopped, and you will be notified of the errors by e-mail or phone.
●There will be no copies of credit card statements if electronic payment is used.
Due to the SSL system we use, your credit card numbers will be encoded before transmission. You need not worry about your information’s safety.

The total amount due is calculated as follows:

If you use Rakuten points, the above amount due may differ from the amount shown in the automatic confirmation e-mail from Rakuten. Please check the e-mail from B-cruise as well.

●Bank commission charges must be paid by the customer.

●Use the transfer forms at your bank or an ATM when transmitting the money.

●The products will be shipped as soon as we confirm that the money has been transferred.

●If the money is not transferred within 10 days, the order will be cancelled.
     
     
Returning a product
    Please check if the product delivered is the same one you ordered, after you receive it.
We are sure of our products’ quality; however, in the case of the product being damaged or other similar cases, please let us know within one week of receiving it.You can return or exchange any defective product.? (In those cases, we will pay the shipping fee for returning.)
If you want to return the product due to personal reasons, you can return it, but you must pay the shipping fee to send it back.

[We do not accept the returning or exchanging of a product in the following cases.]
・8 or more days have passed since you received the product.
・You have already used the product.
・You have damaged or broken the product.
・You have damaged, broken, lost, or discarded the products’ packaging, instruction manuals, etc.
・You have tried to repair or clean the product after you received it.
・Any product from discount sales
・In addition to the above, products specified in the catalog as non-returnable cannot be returned
